Our Shipping Policies

We send all our books FEDEX Ground. A signature confirmation is required from the recipient. This ensures you receive your package and allows us to track the occasional delayed or lost package. You may waive the signature confirmation by alerting us at the time of purchase and leaving a note for the deliverer at the drop-off point. WordsWorth cannot refund your money if, as a consequence, you do not receive your package. If for some reason your package is lost while en route, we will work closely with you and FEDEX to try and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

FEDEX will not ship packages to P.O. boxes or hospitals. We must have a valid street address.

The general shipping charge is $8.95 per address for simple orders (1 - 3 books). Larger orders or heavy books (none of our first editions fall into the latter category) require additional shipping fees. If your order requires a shipping charge higher than $8.95, we'll hold the books until we confirm you're aware of and approve the extra shipping charges. We do not charge any handling fees.

We cannot overnight or express packages. Packages take approxamately three to five business days to arrive to either coast once leaving our store in Little Rock, Arkansas.
 

We're sorry, but we ship only within the continental U.S.


The easiest way for you to pay for your order is over the phone via credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and DISCOVER as forms of payment. We will also accept money orders and personal checks through the mail, but we must receive and deposit such payment
 before we can ship your package.
 

We can ship to prisons. As a rule, prisons will not accept hardcover books. Different prisons have different policies, so please first check and be sure the penitentiary will accept your package. If your package is rejected and returned to us, you are still responsible for any incured shipping costs.

We pack all our outgoing merchandise tightly with bubble tape to ensure the books are protected during transit. However, WordsWorth is not responsible for any damage that results from FEDEX handling.
